At DSL Fuels we believe in empowering our staff and are consistently looking to train and develop them to meet the changing needs of the industry.

This is why we instituted a Learnership programme for our drivers where prospective new drivers embark on a three-month intergrated programme where they receive a salary while training.

Our drivers are mentored and undergo stringent industry training to meet our high standards, and have to also complete an induction programme at a top refinery to ensure they comply with industry standards in loading and offloading fuel.

DSL Fuels sources our staff from the surrounding areas, thereby playing an important part in the community we operate in.
